A Horrible Experience With Border Custom Security & International Travel
I hope the world military better replace and remove all the corrupt authorities in Vietnam and Malaysia (especially the one who are dealing with air travel and custom border security).
What a fuck dumb stupid useless eaters.
I think now it is time for me to travel my international travel experience with those border custom security and airline’s people.
First of all,
I only have the Vietnamese passport which give me a visa-free travel to the ASEAN countries group for less than 30 days without need to declare anything.
But guess what?
They only issue the travel ticket when I have the “return flight ticket” !
Why ask for that information while people can travel/return home via bus or via train ?
That is not a big deal but guess what next?
They (the people when I checked in from Vietnam airport) asked me to show them the hotel booking information.
What the hell is that ?
What if I stay with friend’s house or only book when arrive ?
That did not receive that kind of requirement when travel from Bangkok Thailand to Penang Malaysia.
Therefore I strongly believe is is because of the corruption and stupid actions by low level Vietnamese authorities.
That is not the worst of all !
The worst of worst is that they ask/request me “how much money I bring within ?” and even in 1 case they forced me to show them.
WTF is that kind of non-sense requirement ?
They have absolutely ZERO rights to ask that kind of question.
The truth is that after 6 trips to Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore (when I arrive) they never ask “how much money I bring it” or any kind of “hotel booking information specific”.
In most case they only asked how many days and only in at case in the Penang 1 freaking low level officer ask me to show him the flight ticket return (I will tell you this story later).
Not only that, some cases they even “recorded” my flight reference number in their database (which is absolutely crazy and non-sense).
Now I will share you a stupid bad story which I have just got from my travel from Hanoi (Vietnam) to Bangkok (Thailand) to Penang (Malaysia) to Singapore to Hanoi (Vietnam).
When I checked in Hanoi (Vietnam) for a flight to Bangkok Thailand, they told me this:
- Show flight ticket.
- Show hotel confirmation.
- Ask me how much money I bring it.
Not only that, they even tell me my “name order” is wrong ?!
Well there are 2 type of name order (the East and the West).
The West call name first, family name last.
The East call family name first while name last.
I have booked with the international order of the West but the airline ticket checker told me “wrong”. While with that format order, I have absolutely no issue in all of my international flight so far.
When I arrived in Penang (Malaysia), a stupid crazy custom border officer asked me the return ticket, I showed him but guess what?
He not only just give a stamp but also write the date I travel from Singapore to Hanoi without my permission !
What is crazy !
The officer only either accept or reject.
He/She have absolutely no power to write anything on the passport of anybody at all.
And this even make me extremely sad and force to reschedule my whole plan in Penang (Malaysia), many great places not come. Not only that, my great rating for Malaysia (for my trip experience in Kuala Lumpur last month) is also gone as well. So I don’t think will travel to Malaysia in near future (except some special occasion with reason).
When I was in Singapore, the only thing I dislike is the airport terminal 1 totally close at midnight when I used MRT train.
If there no sky train available between terminal 1, 2, 3 at that time then I could accept and understand. But even no walking route for later traveller?
I used the “blue train” to the Expo CG T1.
I was forced to walk about 5-6 km in middle of the night from the Expo CG T1 to Terminal 4 (then took bus to Terminal 2).
I don’t know is that good or not but the Singapore must give the route for late traveller even in midnight, shops close no matter but at least a walking route between each MRT airport stations.
This late morning (nearly noon) I have returned to Hanoi, Vietnam.
Guest what happened to me?
The custom border asked me my name and immediately request me to check all of my belongings because they have put my name in their “blacklisted” (I have no clue why and how), I have heard they were talking about capture my passport and send to their private secret group channel and tell these people that “normal travel, all checked but nothing found”.
What the hell was that?
When I arrived in Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, it is either all belongings of all people checked and waived (no check), they do not pick this or that person.
I do not know what to expect next.
I have recently received a 5 year e-visa for visitors to India but not sure whether or not to take that kind of trip to visit some sacred locations in India.
So I hope the world military and especially the US, Russia, China military can check and remove all the corrupt people in Vietnam (especially the entities who is controlling the air aviation and custom border security) immediately so I can continue travel around the world, to know to understand to connect with the people from all nations.
