The Messiah’s Super Tactic To End The Illegal Migrant Issue

I do not see any “working” solution to end the illegal migrant issue yet.
All the useless leaders are absolutely clueless.
So as the real Messiah, now I will reveal with all of you a super tactic that will end the illegal migrant issue for sure, no matter in the US or UK Europe.
Understand the mindset and reason of the illegal migrants:
The illegal migrants here come in 2 major ways: overstaying visa and crossing the border.
The reason is because of “minimum wage” and “free welfare”, the “punishment” are too light (if they get catch by the officials).
The Messiah’s special tactic: Raise the punishment and treat them like “slave” and let the whole world know.
Step 1: Setup a special zone (could be more than 1)
The location could be in anywhere inside or outside the nation and should be in easy to “control” place like the hot desert or cold frozen jungle.
That special zone will not have any minimum laws or have any “welfare” but only TAX !
Step 2: Design a “lottery” system for the illegal migrants
There should be only 2 result: dead penalty or move to that special “only tax” zone.
The percentage % could be 50% to 90% dead.
Step 3: Implement that tactic immediately.
You do not need to care about the “animal” in human form anymore.
Now people are “overcrowd” already and the jobs are too little.
This special tactic is very “brutal” but also very “humanity”.
“If that God will” they won’t face dead penalty by the lottery system (even if that is 90% dead chance) !
This is the best possible solution on the table !
If any national government or entities want to use this special tactic, you must contact me the real Messiah to obtain the license/permission soon.
