Want To Save The Civilization: Just Gather All The Big Talk Players Who Can Have Unique Solutions
The fastest way is just gather all the big talk players who can self claim have any new unique solutions/strategies that can help the civilization.

Big talk players mean real human beings from all nations.
You can have a big public competition.

But I think that is the “public” natural way in case you want a real competition between all the best possible players on the current game of life on Earth.
